The emergence of physical education is associated with the earliest period of human history, with primitive society, when people hunted and built their homes, during which their physical abilities, or rather strength, endurance, and speed improved. Gradually, in the course of historical development, people paid attention to those who lead an active lifestyle, which is hardy and efficient. This is what led to a conscious understanding of exercise, which became the basis of physical education.
The purpose of physical education of a person as a pedagogical process is the teaching of movements like motor actions. To realize all the above goals, it is necessary to solve a complex of specific and general pedagogical tasks. In the process of physical education, wellness, educational, and educational tasks are also carried out.

For example, physical exercise techniques, patterns in the creation of motor skills, education of physical qualities, knowledge of the essence of physical culture and its importance for individuals and society, knowledge of physical culture hygienic nature, health promotion and maintaining it for many year.
